NEREID THIRD AT NYAC
Nereid came in a strong third place at the 11th annual
New York Athletic Club Masters Scullers’ Invitational June 12 in Orchard Beach.
Due to last minute scratches, only four Nereid rowers participated, giving a
clear advantage to the other two competitors, NYAC and Saugatuck. Nereid’s
Charles Johnston took first in his 1x race.
In spite of low Nereid turnout, a good time was had by all!
